How fulfilment works
Sourced in Japan
Not UK warehouse stock. Your card is purchased in Japan after you pay in full and batch progress reaches 100%, then consolidated to our UK hub before tracked last-mile dispatch (Royal Mail in the UK; worldwide tracked for international orders when that checkout is enabled).
NM vs LP
Near Mint suits cleaner faces and edges. Lightly Played allows light wear at a lower tier. Prices on this page are per tier: select the one you want before checkout.
Batch & delivery
Orders share international shipping progress until the batch hits 100%. Track fill on your orders page after sign-in. Delivery is charged once per batch on your first item, with an upgrade difference only if later cards need a larger parcel.

Questions before you buy
Straight answers on sourcing, tiers, batch timing, and price protection for Black Female Warrior.
- How do I buy Black Female Warrior from iskurajp?
- Choose NM or LP on this page, add the card to your basket, then complete one Stripe checkout for your full order total. You pay in full today, not a deposit with a balance invoice later. Your card is sourced in Japan after the open batch reaches 100% progress.
- Is this UK warehouse stock?
- Sourced on demand through our Japan partner, with no UK warehouse stock. Every card is bought in Japan after checkout when once batch progress reaches 100% on your orders page.
- How do NM and LP differ?
- Near Mint (NM) suits collectors who want cleaner faces and edges. Lightly Played (LP) allows light wear at a lower tier. Both are sourced to the tier you select before checkout.
- What happens if the Japan market price moves after I pay?
- For cards £100 or less, we cover price increases up to 10% (up to £10 per card) before we buy in Japan. For cards over £100, we will email you if the cost rises. If the exchange rate moves by more than 3% from your checkout snapshot, we will contact you in either case. You can hold the order for a single re-check when the batch fills, pay the difference, or cancel for a full refund. If you cancel, you can choose to get a one-time email alert if our listed price drops back to what you paid, though this does not reserve stock. If you put the order on hold, we will check the market again once the batch hits 100%. For cards £100 or less, we will proceed if the price is within the 10% buffer. For cards over £100, we will only proceed if the cost has not gone up. The optional checkout insurance does not cover price increases.
- How long can I join a batch after it reaches 100%?
- When the batch hits 100% on your orders page, a one-week join window starts. New paid orders can still join until 6pm UK on the final day, then the batch closes and a fresh batch opens. Every card then has seven days from that closing time to reach our Japan partner. A card that misses the arrival deadline moves to the next available batch at no extra charge. Below 100%, there is no time limit; the join window only starts once the shared shipment pool is full.
- What if my card does not reach your Japan partner within seven days?
- The seven-day arrival period starts when your batch closes, not when your individual card is purchased. If the card has not reached our Japan partner by that deadline, it moves to the next available batch at no extra charge and your orders page is updated. Cards that arrived on time can continue with the earlier batch.
- Why is there a batch wait after I pay?
- International shipping is shared across paid orders. The batch must reach 100% before Japan purchases begin, which keeps landed cost fairer than many small parcels. Track fill on your orders page after sign-in.
- What does optional insurance cover?
- This covers your card against loss or damage from the moment it reaches our partner in Japan until it is delivered to your address. For UK addresses, that means delivery to your UK address. It does not replace overrun protection or cancellation after your card has been purchased in Japan.
