1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how iskurajp uses cookies and similar technologies on iskurajp.co.uk.

Essential cookies are always used. Analytics cookies are optional and only run if you accept them in our cookie banner.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember preferences, or understand how visitors use pages.

3. Essential cookies

These are necessary for the site to function and cannot be switched off in our banner.

  • Sign-in session cookies (Auth.js) — keep you logged in securely.
  • Cookie consent preference — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.
  • Referral attribution (iskura_vault_ref) — if you visit with ?ref= on the URL while Vault Shards referrals are enabled, stores the referral code for up to 30 days so it can be linked when you create an account. Not used for advertising.
  • Security and load-balancing cookies from our hosting provider, where used.

4. Analytics cookies (optional)

If you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, analytics storage is denied and advertising cookies are not used for analytics.

Analytics helps us understand page views, navigation, and conversion events (for example waitlist sign-ups) in aggregate.

  • Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4 / gtag.js).
  • Typical retention: per Google's configuration (often up to 14 months for event data).
  • You can withdraw consent by clearing site data or using "Essential only" if we offer a preference centre in future; today, clear local storage key iskurajp-cookie-consent or contact us.

5. Trustpilot (review invitations)

When our Trustpilot integration is enabled, Trustpilot scripts load on the site to register our domain, display review widgets (TrustScore and reviews), and send service review invitations after checkout.

Trustpilot may set cookies or similar technologies to operate widgets, invitations, and its business profile. These are not used by us for advertising on the site.

When an order line is marked delivered, our systems may pass your email, name, and order reference to Trustpilot to create a service review invitation for that fulfilment.

  • Provider: Trustpilot A/S (invitejs.trustpilot.com and related Trustpilot domains).
  • More information: Trustpilot's cookie and privacy notices at trustpilot.com.
  • To opt out of future review invitations from us, email hello@iskurajp.co.uk.

6. How to manage cookies

Use our cookie banner when it appears to accept or reject analytics cookies.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.

For Google's opt-out tools, see Google's documentation at policies.google.com.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies: hello@iskurajp.co.uk. See also our Privacy Policy.
