What is a card request?
A card request lets you ask iskurajp to source Japan exclusive arcade cards that are not in our catalogue. Submit one or more cards in a single form. Each needs a photo; codes and names are optional. We review, quote each card, and you can pay in full if you accept. After sign-in, track requests from Card requests in your account.
Can I request several cards at once?
Yes. Use Add another card on the request form. Each card is reviewed and quoted separately, with its own status link and checkout when you accept.
Do I need the card code?
No, but it helps. If you know the catalogue code (for example SDV10-015), enter it so we can price from the Japan market faster. A clear photo is always required for each card.
How long does a quote take?
We aim to respond within a few business days. When a code is provided, market pricing may be prepared automatically before an operator sends your quote.
Will the card appear on the website?
Only if we list it in the catalogue after approval. Some requests stay off the public catalogue; you checkout via your private request link instead.
How do I pay?
After you accept a quote, sign in with the same email you used for the request and complete pay-in-full checkout (card total plus UK postage, same as a normal order).
Can the quoted price change before I pay?
Yes. Until you start checkout, the price on your request page follows current Japan market data or our operator pricing for that card. It may go up or down. Once you start checkout, that payment amount is locked.
